You will need the ordering customer information, homeowner name(s), and the complete project address. Supporting-document uploads are not required to place the order.
How long do digital plans take?
Digitally signed-and-sealed plans have a standard delivery time of up to 24 hours and are sent to the email address provided for delivery.
Are the plans signed and sealed?
Completed engineering plans are prepared, signed and sealed by an independent licensed professional engineer for the applicable project scope.
Can I request a revision?
Change requests are evaluated based on the order status and whether the plans have already been signed and sealed. Contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
Can contractors order plans for customers?
Yes. The order form separates customer contact information from the legal property-owner information so the correct project details can be captured.
Do you provide fence engineering plans throughout Florida?
Yes.
